Your family’s cookbook
Keep your family’s recipes in one place everyone can open, cook from them step by step, and turn them into a cookbook of your own.
Starter is free. No card needed to start.

Every family has a handful of recipes that taste like home. They’re rarely written down well. They live on a stained index card, in a text thread from three years ago, in a screenshot, or only in someone’s head. The measurements are “a little of this,” and the best version of the dish is whatever Grandma made, which nobody ever wrote down.
We built Kin & Kettle because those recipes deserve a better home than a junk drawer.
Here, your family’s recipes live in one place that everyone can open. You can cook from them with big, clear steps and a screen that stays awake when your hands are covered in flour. You can check off the ingredients as you gather them and print a copy for the fridge. When someone makes a dish, they can say so, add a photo, and tell everyone how it went. The dish that started as one person’s secret becomes a shared one.
When you’re ready, you can turn your collection into a real cookbook, with your own cover, your own chapters and your own stories, ready to print and give. Plan the week the same way, with a menu and a shopping list that travels with you to the store.
We think the best recipes are the ones that get passed down. Kin & Kettle is where yours can be kept, shared and cooked again.
Write your recipes in as they are: amounts, steps, the notes in the margin and the story behind them. Add a photo if you have one.
Invite the people you cook with. Everyone adds their own recipes, marks their favorites, and says how it went when they make one.
Cook from big, clear steps, scale a recipe up or down, print a card, or make a cookbook and a week’s meal plan.
